Spring 2012 Divorce Mediation Training
May 3, 4, 5, 18 and 19, 2012

A 34-hour interactive training presented by The Mediation & Training Collaborative and co-sponsored by the Holyoke Community College Center for Business and Workforce Development. This training addresses legal and emotional aspects of divorce as well as the topics of mediating post-divorce cases and mediating with non-traditional couples. Includes coached practice sessions. Prerequisite: 30 hours Basic Mediation Training.

If you are already trained as a Divorce Mediator and want a refresher on the Massachusetts legal aspects of divorce, you are invited to attend the half-day session May 3, 3-8 pm. This session will be led by Oran Kaufman, family attorney and private-practice mediator, with special guest Jodi Nolan, Esq., Judicial Case Manager at the Franklin Probate and Family Court. The fee for this half-day session only is $90.
